1. Associate’s degree or higher; candidates with a background in chemistry or a related field are preferred;
2. Candidates with at least one year of experience in analytical work in the chemical or textile industry are preferred; those proficient in operating laboratory instruments are also preferred;
3. Possess strong data analysis skills and the ability to identify trends in product data.
